John Goodpaster and Bob Goodpaster

We are honored to induct this father and son team into our Motoblot Hall of Fame. John launched his Expert Motorcycle Works business in 1950 in nearby Hobart, Indiana where it is still in operation today. By the time his son Bob was seven years old, he was working in the shop. Father and son worked and raced alongside each other for over forty-five years.

T.C. Christenson

T.C. Christenson set the drag racing world on its ear in the 1970s when he emerged from the local Wisconsin area drag racing scene with a double-engined Norton Top Fuel bike named Hogslayer and set numerous motorcycle records.

Hogslayer, a documentary that chronicles the Sunset Motors Racing Team’s unrivaled innovation and unbridled courage as they faced unyielding challengers throughout the United States and Europe in the 1970’s will be shown as part of the Motoblot Film Festival. Check final schedule for viewing time.
